MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER.
Unfortunately, after an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it. We do this to avoid any higher percentage of errors in the Fulfillment Process, as we strive to provide the highest quality service for our customers. We appreciate your understanding.
** Please note that you are not able to cancel an order on your own through your account – in order to request that an order be canceled, you must contact one of our customer support specialists.
DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?
We do ship to domestic military bases (within the 50 United States and around the world if permitted). We need the address formatted in the proper military format for USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do offer international shipping.
Most countries have restrictions so we can only ship to countries that permit these type of products.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAME ?
Generally, all packages are shipped out within 12-48 hours after payment has been processed.
For quicker shipping, we recommend ordering towards the beginning of the work week!.
Once your package has shipped, you will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order! Please send a photo of the damage/issue with the product as well as a photo of your invoice to [email protected], and we are more than happy to get it taken care of for you!
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to request an order cancelation, please email us at [email protected] ASAP with “URGENT PLEASE CANCEL” in the subject line.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account, you can see your orders and download the invoice.
