MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER.
Unfortunately, after an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to it.

DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY BASES?
We do ship to domestic military bases (within the 50 United States). We need the address formatted in the proper military format for USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping.
We also do not ship to Guam, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands at this time. Our apologies! As restrictions change, we are hoping to be able to offer expanded shipping options.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIME FRAME ?
Generally, all packages are shipped out via USPS within 48-72 hours after payment has been processed.
We work normal business hours, M-F.
Buy Muha Meds Disposable. Our Policy States to allow 48-72 hours for fulfillment, which is in place to give us time to process all orders during periods of higher volume. Please note that if you order on a Friday, the order will typically not ship until the following Monday.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive your USPS tracking number via the email associated with your order. Please also note that your shipping time estimate (3-5 Days) begins after your order has shipped out of our offices.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order! Please send a photo of the damage/issue with the product as well as a photo of your invoice to [email protected], and we are more than happy to get it taken care of for you!
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to request an order cancelation, please email us at [email protected] ASAP with “URGENT PLEASE CANCEL” in the subject line.
When you have paid for the order, you will not automatically receive an invoice for your order. If you wish to receive an invoice, this can be done in two ways. The first way is through your account at our store. When you log in to your account, you can see your orders and download the invoice.
